Marcos M. Flores PhD
My name is Marcos M. Flores, a postdoctoral researcher at Laboratoire de Physique de l'Ecole Normal Supérieure.
I graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (Class of 2018) with a B.S. in Physics and a B.S. in Mathematics. I received my Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2023.
My research focuses on the study of the early Universe, including primordial black holes, dark matter, baryogenesis and gravitational waves.
Alongside research, I'm passionate about teaching. I acted as the Teaching Assistant Consultant (TAC) for the UCLA Department of Physics & Astronomy. In addition, I have taught multiple lower and upper division physics courses at UCLA.
In my free time, I spend a great deal of time reading.
My work can be found on iNSPIRE or Google Scholar.
